This is the period that Lagos becomes the "worst state" in the country. Most major parts in Lagos metropolis such as Victoria Island, Lekki, Lagos Island and other areas have been overtaken by floods following a heavy rainfall today. The floods have left road users stranded with anticipation of getting worse towards the evening rush hour.
